Chu Toro at Elements
Throughout the month of May at Elements restaurant at The Okura Prestige Bangkok, Executive Chef Antony Scholtmeyer offers a menu based around premium succulent Chu Toro tuna. Chu Toro is a medium fatty tuna that is renowned the world over for its unique taste and texture. It is taken from the belly of the tuna fish and is highly prized in Japan. Chef Antony’s mouthwatering dishes, which include sizzling offerings hot off the grill, can be enjoyed a la carte or as part of special 4- and 5-course Chu Toro set menus with dessert.
