Christmas Gozen Kaiseki and Teppanyaki Menus at Yamazato
Celebrate the festive season with our exquisite Japanese Gozen, Kaiseki, and Teppanyaki menus at Yamazato Restaurant. Served on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the special Gozen lunch menu includes seared scallops, dried fig, shrimp with walnut vinegar, seafood soup with eel, salmon, mussel, shrimp, mushroom, sashimi of tuna, yellowtail, sea bream, sweet shrimp, and surf clam, grilled snow fish and mushroom miso cream sauce, shrimp roe and simmered chestnut, simmered minced duck ball, daikon, garland chrysanthemum, carrot and shiitake mushroom, assorted tempura with shrimp, oyster, sweet potato, Japanese green pepper and shiitake mushroom, simmered rice with sea bream topped with crab meat sauce, and strawberry roll cake with matcha sauce.
Diners can also enjoy Kaiseki highlights such as apple and foie gras with white miso hollandaise sauce, Kuzu-uchi big prawn, grilled ginko nut sesame tofu, oboro kelp and yuzu, Kobe wine beef stew with miso, daikon and carrot served with garlic bread, and lobster and scallops, succulent Satsuma wagyu and spicy salmon salad from the Teppanyaki counter, all created by Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara to make sure your Christmas at The Okura Prestige Bangkok is truly memorable.
