Festive menu at Yamazato
Our signature award-winning restaurant Yamazato is famous for bringing traditional Japanese celebrations to the heart of Bangkok and is the perfect location to celebrate the festive season with family, friends, and business associates. The festive menu at Yamazato includes festive Gozen lunch and Kaiseki dinner sets created by Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara.
The festive Gozen lunch includes torched scallop served with dried fig and shimp with walnut vinegar, crab dumpling with hint of yuzu soup, 4 kinds of sashimi, grilled sea bass with mushroom miso cream sauce served with simmered chesnut and pickled turnip, minced duck ball, daikon and garland chrysanthemum in a soup, assorted tempura, simmered rice with oyster served with miso soup and pickles and assorted fruits served with chestnut pudding and sweet beans with egg yolk sauce.
And the festive Kaiseki dinner includes fresh soy milk with okra, grilled persimmon, monkfish liver, shrimp, tenderstem broccoli, maitake mushroom with spicy miso sauce, sea urchin dumpling with mushroom with a hint of yuzu, 4 kinds of sashimi, grilled Spanish mackerel served with beef and vegetable topped with shredded leek and parsley sauce, simmered fish roe, turnip, royal fern roll with soy milk skin, and ice fish with mixed egg yolk, assorted tempura with snow crab, pond smelt, sweet potato, maitake mushroom and asparagus, oyster vermicelli noodles served with dried gourd shaving, sushi roll, and assorted fruit served with chestnut pudding and sweet beans with egg yolk sauce.
