Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara presents special Gozen set lunch and Kaiseki set dinner menus as well as a Teppanyaki dinner to welcome New Year’s Day.
Highlights from the New Year’s Day Gozen and Kaiseki menus include assorted Osechi, a traditional Japanese New Year treat including homemade simmered black soy beans, marinated herring roe, fish roe rolled in kombu kelp, and much more. Each item is carefully chosen to symbolise good health, fertility, happiness, and a long life.
