Celebrate Japan’s Traditional Boys’ Festival at Yamazato
Yamazato, the Michelin Plate signature Japanese restaurant at The Okura Prestige Bangkok, is offering special Gozen lunch platters and a Kaiseki dinner to celebrate Tango no Sekku or Boys’ Festival in Japan. The Gozen lunch platters include standout grilled and simmered dishes with highlight ingredients such as seasonal mountain vegetables, sea bream and mochi wrapped in oak leaves. The Kaiseki dinner offers a multi-course feast that includes grilled mackerel and beef with papaya dressing, simmered sea bream with bamboo shoots, and a selection of tempura with young sweet fish as the star of the show.
