Early Summer Seafood Treats at Yamazato
The chefs at The Okura Prestige Bangkok’s Michelin Plate Yamazato restaurant are serving up authentic tastes of Japan with Early Summer Gozen lunch platters and a multi-course Kaiseki dinner. The first Gozen platter opens with a signature dish of simmered conger eel and shrimp and is followed by a sardine soup and selected sashimi. Star of the second platter is a dish of grilled sea bass garnished with sweet potato and pickled turnip. The seafood theme continues with the multi-course Kaiseki dinner. The seasonal flavours of grilled Spanish mackerel with tomato miso sauce and vermicelli noodles with conger eel are complemented by a selection of sashimi and delicious tempura with snow crab, shrimp, pike eel, and vegetables.
