Maine Lobster at Up & Above Restaurant
Harvested from the cold waters of the Atlantic off America’s northeast coast, Maine lobsters are permeated with a unique sweet flavour and are highly regarded for their tender flesh.
The lobster takes centre stage at Up & Above Restaurant this July as Executive Sous Chef Jachnarong Taksapagorn and his team create a menu of delicious dishes showcasing the king of crustaceans. This begins with the Thai-inspired yam lobster ta kai, a spicy salad with lemongrass, sweet chilli, lime, and mint. It is the perfect appetizer for main course offerings such as stir-fried lobster with black pepper sauce; open ravioli of lobster; or classic grilled butter lobster with seasonal vegetables.
