Rock and Phuket Lobster at Up & Above Restaurant
Throughout May the chefs at Up & Above Restaurant celebrate Thailand’s famous Phuket lobster with à la carte specialties prepared using local and international flavours. On the menu are appetizers such as poached Phuket lobster salad with green mango and aromatic Thai herbs, and marinated rock lobster and avocado salad with mozzarella, rocket and citrus dressing. Both make great preludes to main course offerings such as rock lobster poached in butter with parmesan risotto, basil and fresh asparagus, and half or whole grilled Phuket lobster with spicy Thai dipping sauce and yam som-o. The Lobster Thermidor at Up & Above is created with rich Phuket lobster accompanied by homemade fettuccini with fresh herbs and a light side salad.
