Autumn Gozen Lunch and Kaiseki Dinner at Yamazato
Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara and his team at award-winning Yamazato Restaurant celebrate autumn in Japan with a series of seasonal treats in Gozen lunch and Kaiseki dinner. The two Gozen lunch platters encompass traditionally prepared soup, sashimi, and tempura and grilled and simmered dishes featuring premium seafood and autumn ingredients. On the Kaiseki dinner is a delicious starter of octopus, shrimp, and surf clam with maitake mushrooms and ginko nuts, a hearty grilled dish of Hobayaki-style sea bass, and beef garnished with eringi mushrooms, hot vermicelli noodles with seasonal pike eel, and a simmered dish of minced salmon ball, turnip, grilled leek, shiitake mushroom, carrot, yuba, and chrysanthemum in soup.
Price: Gozen lunch, Baht 1,300 per person
Kaiseki dinner, Baht 4,700 per person
Available daily from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. /6 p.m. - 10:30 p.m., 1 – 28 October 2018.
