Early Summer Seafood Treats at Yamazato Japanese Restaurant
To celebrate the arrival of summer, Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara at award-winning signature Japanese restaurant Yamazato, which was recently awarded the Michelin Plate designation for the second year in a row in the Michelin Guide Thailand, is laying on authentic seasonal tastes of Japan with special Early Summer Gozen lunch platters and a multi-course Kaiseki dinner.
Highlight ingredients include royal fern, sweet fish and pike eel.
