"A class of luxury combine with excellent service"

Although it cost more than US$350/ night for a deluxe corner room in not really spacious room size but we had a room with great cityview, elegant modern decor, a fully comprehensive coffee bar plus excellent service, it's worth of its price. Will return again.
"Coming back home"

I visited this hotel for the fourth time and always feel like coming back home when checking in at the Okura Prestige Bangkok.
The service is extraordinary, everybody at the hotel is friendly and good at speaking English. I arrived by car and used the great (and free) valet parking service.
After the check-in I was guided to my room and everything was explained to me. You get an exceptional view over the city from every room. The rooms are always perfectly clean, modern (as the whole hotel), well tempered and come with a very comfortable bed.
The highlight of the facilities is the infinity pool with its view around Bangkok. For me the best place to swim in Bangkok.
There are two options for the breakfast. A traditional Japanese breakfast and a outstanding buffet breakfast with additional (free) a la carte options. The latter offers everything and more from what you can expect from a five star hotel and also different kinds of warm Thai food.
For dining I tried both the Elements and Yamazato restaurant. The Elements even became one of my favorite Michelin starred restaurants worldwide. The mix of Japanese and French cuisine is always fascinating and the restaurant also comes with a very attentive service. The Yamazato is also a good option (I visit it when the Elements is closed from Sunday to Monday) with very good fish and seafood. The service is nice as well.
The "up and above" bar offers good drinks with a beautiful rooftop view.
When traveling I prefer to choose hotels that are members of The Leading Hotels of the World. And even within this circle the Okura Prestige Bangkok stands out with its service and kindness. It's my first choice in Bangkok and I'm already looking forward to my next stay.
Sincerely, D. E.

This is the first time we visited Okura Bangkok but like other Okura hotels that we stayed before once you stepped in the hotel the atmosphere, the smell and the simile of the staff made us felt being at home!
The location of the hotel is extremely good. You can get access to Phloen Chit BTS station from Okura by passing through the commercial building at the ground level and yet you can enjoy the quiet proximity surrounded by five star hotels!
Despite the fact that there are thousands of good restaurant I still recommend you to try the Thai style food from room service and I swear that you will not regret!
The other must try dining options in Okura is the Yamazato Japanese restaurant and after patroning this you will know why I higly recommend you a Japanese restaurant in Bangkok!
Well done Okura Prestige Bangkok!

After looking at nearly every hotel in the area we chose The Okura Prestige and we are glad we did!
I was fortunate that they were able to provide the exact room location I requested. I was taking my girlfriend there for a special birthday so they had a nice card and cake in the room when we checked in. We had a small issue with the room and the Hotel staff immediately responded and fixed the problem (seriously outstanding service). Unfortunately, I was pretty sick and couldn’t take my girlfriend to a birthday rooftop dinner I had planned, so I asked the Hotel Front Office Manager to help me make it a special day for her as much as possible. I booked a spa treatment for her around 8pm and when she got back to the room there was chocolate covered strawberries and a stuffed animal. Their hospitality and understanding of the situation was second to none and I can’t thank them enough for how well they took care of us.
Their rooms are beautiful and the views are amazing. The front desk workers and Concierge were awesome and the staff in their restaurants were second to none. Later in the week when I started feeling better we got to enjoy the infinity pool which was spectacular and we especially enjoyed the Happy Hour drinks and nighttime views. It was so relaxing! Another reason to stay at The Okura Prestige is that it is literally connected to the BTS which makes it extremely simple to get around Bangkok. Last but not least was the breakfast. I’m not sure how anyone can complain about their International buffet because it had something for everyone. Both my girlfriend and I looked forward to it every morning and were disappointed when we couldn’t go there on the day we were checking out due to an early flight.
Simply put, if you are thinking of staying at The Okura Prestige while in Bangkok, do it because you won’t regret it.
A special thanks goes out to The Front Office Managers. I can’t remember both your names, but Nawarat Hassanawin is great at what she does and so is her counterpart! Your company is fortunate and should be proud to have people like you working for them!
