The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC): A Guide for Our Guests

The Okura Prestige Bangkok is committed to ensuring a smooth and effortless arrival for our guests. In accordance with the latest directives from the Royal Thai Immigration Bureau, we wish to inform you of the implementation of the “Thailand Digital Arrival Card” (TDAC), effective 1 May, 2025.

The TDAC is a digital platform designed to streamline the immigration process for all non-Thai nationals entering the Kingdom of Thailand. This mandatory requirement applies for all visitors arriving by air, land, or sea.

How to Complete Your TDAC:
To facilitate your arrival, we have outlined the following steps:
1.    Access the Official Portal: Begin by visiting the official TDAC website: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card/#/home
2.    Provide Accurate Information: Complete the required fields with precision, including:
 

  • Full name, nationality, contact details (phone number and email address), and passport information

  • Your trip details, such as flight number (or travel details), purpose of travel, and your address in Thailand (The Okura Prestige Bangkok)

    • Accommodation in Thailand: HOTEL

    • Province: BANGKOK

    • District, Area: PATHUM WAN

    • Sub-District, Sub-Area: LUMPHINI

    • Post Code: 10330

    • Address: THE OKURA PRESTIGE BANGKOK
      PARK VENTURES ECOPLEX, 57 WITTHAYU RD, LUMPHINI, PATHUM WAN, BANGKOK 10330, THAILAND

3.    Submit and Retain Acknowledgement: Upon completion, submit the form and ensure you retain the acknowledgement email for presentation upon arrival
4.    Immigration Verification: Present the acknowledgement email and your travel documents to the immigration officer for verification

Notes:
To ensure a seamless arrival, please complete the TDAC within three (3) days prior to your arrival. This requirement is mandatory for all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand from 1 May, 2025 onwards.
