Autumn Colours Signal Koyo Afternoon Tea at Up & Above Bar

In the Japanese tradition Koyo signals the coming of colourful autumn leaves, which is why our talented pastry chefs are serving up sweet and savoury treats with the Koyo Afternoon Tea at Up & Above Bar. From October through December patrons can indulge in confections that include Koyo themed macarons, ‘Cabosse’ chocolate praline, potted yuzu crème, Mont Blanc cake, and traditional scone with candied orange and vanilla scone served with artisanal clotted cream and preserves. For those who enjoy something savoury there are toothsome bites include prawn, avocado, dill mayonnaise on Hokkaido milk bread and house cured salmon, sudachi sour cream on dark multigrain. These moreish offerings go well with a cup of rich coffee or freshly brewed citrusy Mariage Frères tea.

Price: From Baht 1,400 with coffee, premium Mariage Frères or Saro tea for 2 persons
Available daily from 14:00 – 17:00, 1 October – 31 December 2020.
