Seasonal Takumi Sensations at Elements

Chef Hans Zahner and his team at MICHELIN Star restaurant Elements introduces refreshed 6-course Ta-ke and 7-course Matsu tasting menus featuring premium seasonal ingredients from around the world. 

Tantalising dishes include fresh Ostra Regal oyster with abalone, gelé celery apple and dashi form, Yoichi monkfish from Hokkaido served with clam and Japanese curry, Sawara fish from Kyoto serve with water cress velouté and lemon caviar, Japanese eel served with porcini mushroom and salicornia, wild Brittany seabass served with red beets, golden beets and chioggia beets, Challans duck served with salsifis and kabocha and famously succulent grilled Satsuma wagyu beef from Kagoshima Prefecture and a dessert of Japanese Pebbles made from 43% Tannea milk chocolate cremeaux with iced blackcurrant and musk melon.

Price:     Ta-ke 6-course Baht 4,000 per person
             Matsu 7-course Baht 4,500 per person
Additional Baht 800 per person for Satsuma wagyu beef
Available Tuesday - Saturday from 18:00 - 22:30, 6 October - 30 December 2020. (Except 24 – 25 December 2020)
