Succulent Tasmanian Tomahawk Treats at Up & Above Restaurant

Beefy feasts await at Up & Above Restaurant this summer with a magnificent 1 kg succulent Cape Grim Tasmanian Tomahawk steak for two. The Tomahawk is an on-the-bone cut from the fore-rib, which is full of inter-muscular fat that gives it a succulent sweet gelatinous flavour. 

Also available is a premium 200 g tender Kagoshima beef sirloin from southern Japan. The sirloin is highly sought after because of its beautiful marbling, which gives it an incredible full-bodied flavour.

Perfectly cooked to preference, the steaks can be enjoyed with a toothsome side dish selection include honey pumpkin puree, grilled shiitake mushrooms, grilled green asparagus, and french fries with tagorashi, mayonnaise and katsuobushi.
