Chef Taiki transforms the counter seats into an intimate flavour laboratory. Celebrated for his devotion to texture, heat distribution, moisture control, and bun-to-patty ratios, Chef Taiki transforms the iconic burger into a multi-course omakase journey of meticulous engineering and subtle flavour harmony.
During this rare multi-course omakase showcase, guests will experience a sequence of meticulously engineered creations where every element is calibrated to the millimeter and served at its absolute peak.
