Culinary Classics for Autumn at Yamazato

Our Michelin Plate restaurant Yamazato celebrates autumn in Japan with a series of seasonal treats in Gozen lunch platters and a multi-course Kaiseki dinner menu. The two Gozen platters encompass traditionally prepared soups, sashimi, tempura, grilled and simmered dishes featuring premium seafood and autumnal ingredients such as saury and cutlass fish. 

On the Kaiseki dinner menu is a delicious starter of steamed octopus, shrimp and surf clam with maitake mushrooms and ginko nuts, a hearty grilled dish of Hobayaki-style Spanish mackerel and beef garnished with eringi mushrooms, and favourites such as hot vermicelli noodles with seasonal pike eel and a simmered dish of minced salmon ball, turnip, grilled leek, shiitake mushroom, carrot, soy milk skin, ginger, and spinach in soup.

Price: Gozen lunch, Baht 1,600 per person 
         Kaiseki dinner, Baht 4,700 per person
