Gastronomic Crossroads: Tokyo meets Bangkok

Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu at The Okura Prestige Bangkok, will become the stage for a unique gastronomy dialogue this July. On Friday, 25 and Saturday, 26 July 2025, the restaurant will host “Gastronomic Crossroads: Tokyo meets Bangkok,” an exclusive four-hand dinner showcasing the extraordinary talents of Chef Gerard Villaret Horcajo of Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu and Chef Bruno Hiruma of Armani / Ristorante, Tokyo, two gastronomic artists driven by a shared passionate vision of gastronomy.

The “Gastronomic Crossroads: Tokyo meets Bangkok” four-hand dinner is a narrative told through seven exquisite courses.
