Wonderful, extra-ordinary, well-respected staff with a high quality of customer service!

The food both at the restaurant and room service was great! Overall a very pleasant stay. Enjoyed, liked and would travel to Bangkok again by preferring this hotel.  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

"Warm, memorable and refined. A real experience to remember...."

What an amazing property. This gem in the heart of the city feel authentically Japanese, as it should but at the same time it retains the incredible warmth that Thailand and its people offer to all guests. I organized a conference at The Okura Prestige and the banqueting team were spot on, all the technology worked and every guest was supremely impressed with the quality of the food and service, both at the function and the restaurant.  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

"Best hotel experience"

by nutynasir6 on 07/10/2018 -

I have been traveling for business for the past couple of weeks and my stay at Okura in Bangkok was by far the best. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccable with extra thought given to the guests through little but impactful gestures in the room whether it be the Japanese night clothes, the pull out tray for the kettle or the origami bird on the bed. The food both at the restaurant and room service was great! Overall a very pleasant stay.  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

"Excellent Service. Professional, Co-operative and very helpful hotel staff."

by Dj-Jonathan D (Dhakka City, Bangladesh) on 08/10/2018 -

The room, location, swimming pool is excellent. But mostly the service provided by hotel staff's are extra-ordinary. During reservation I mentioned that my family with 8 month infant will accompany, so they were well prepared. I had baby cot, high chair, baby potty, baby bath tub and also infant amenities available on my room. Kitchen staff provided help preparing baby meal. Overall I have received one of the best customer service. I truly recommend The Okura Prestige Bangkok for Business, Family, Friends or solo visit.  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

"Great service truly upscale hotel"

by JapFreak (Hong Kong, China) on 07/10/2018 -

People always say the 5* hotels at Bangkok is a bit subpar and I somewhat agreed when I stayed at Kempinski last time. But then after my stay at Okura I changed my mind.

Okura delivered true luxury with great service and excellent accommodation. Room was spacious and well appointed. I particularly loved the dressing area at bathroom with chair where I could relax and do my makeup and hair.

Furniture was very well kept and amenities were generous and in good quality (the slippers!). Air con and water was strong and bed and linen was comfy. WiFi speed was fast. Loved the turn down service with ice bucket for your drinks.

Location was great only one or two stations away from major shopping and dining sites. Central embassy mall only next door with great food hall for quick meal. Phloen Chit station access by an adjacent bridge which was very convenient except that the bridge closes at night around 9pm. 7-11 store just downstairs which we loved for all sort of snacks and beverages.

Every staff was helpful and offered the best service. They would step up and help you without the need to ask, for instance the doorman saw us roaming at entrance he came to help finding our driver and also helped us tied a box that we were bringing to the airport. Something that I missed when I stayed at another so called 5* hotel at BKK last time.

Never tried the pool which looked a bit small. Breakfast was ok not very impressive in terms of taste. Could have offered better fruit selections delivered to room each day other than apples and oranges (I mean this is Thailand the country of fruits)! Nevertheless we were very happy with our stay and will choose Okura again !  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • Immaculate

Stayed at Okura Prestige Bangkok on a very short business trip and wished I had stayed longer for pleasure. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Cannot fault The Okura Prestige Bangkok in any aspect; great service, beautiful bedroom, fantastic location, impressive restaurants. The hotel very much starts from level 24, and I certainly enjoyed great views of hectic Bangkok from my bedroom window. I had breakfast at Up and Above - great buffet selection, and having a seat by the window is an added bonus. I also had lunch in Yamazato restaurant which serves traditional Japanese dishes in a modern setting.

I was very impressed with the Front desk staff where they asked about my plans on check in and on check out checked if everything went well. It was my first trip to Bangkok, thank you Okura Prestige Bangkok for contributing to a great experience. I look forward to going back.  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • Excellent Service. Professional, warm and caring hotel staff.

Highly recommend Okura Prestige Bangkok. It's conveniently located just 5 mins walk from BTS station. Hotel facilities is first class, particularly love their beddings and pillow. Slept so well during my recent stay there. Their service is excellent. Duty Managers, front office team, concierge team, housekeeping team and La Patisserie staff all poured their hearts to serve their customers. I recently celebrated my sister's pre-wedding bridal shower there and the team helped pulling together surprises for her. I would no doubt stay with Okura Prestige whenever I am back in BKK again.  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • Good location and service

Overall is good, location is supreme which has a side door connected with a mall nearby and can go to the BTS with cover (it is closed at night tho)

Staff is polite, room is clean. They will come twice to clean up yr room. Two restaurants for breakfast and i have tried the one with buffet, with enough range of food, tastes good. Pool looks nice but small. Aircon is adjustable.

Things can be improved: fly in the breakfast restaurant, I see it every morning; hotel can consider to use two colors of toothbrush or glasses at washroom because everyday after tidy up the room, the housekeeping will move our glasses and toothbrush to another location so we indeed need to change the toothbrush everyday because we cannot identify our own toothbrush, i have tried to move my toothbrush up side down to identify but finally they juz move our toothbrush with two faced up and moved the glasses, so finally we cannot identify our own one, thats not environmental friendly and need to change the toothbrush everyday; need to line up for breakfast sometimes  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • Service makes this place great

Stayed here a few times over the years and always impressed. Great facilities but it’s the people that really make this one of the best in Bangkok. Always helpful, friendly, not overly formal. Just right. You will not be disappointed with the Okura.  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • This is a good hotel

This is a good hotel. Nice room and delicious food.

I would like to thanks the hotel concierge team here. The team member Mr Benze and Mr Bank gave me a great help during my stay. I can’t contact my airline to have online check in since a typhoon near Hong Kong. Mr Benze and Mr Bank help me to contact with my airline Bangkok office, I changed my flight immediately. I am very appreciate their great help and good service.

I will stay in this hotel again!  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • Service Deluxe!

All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping Staff always keeps my room clean and neat. The Club Lounge is a great place to unwind and relax, especially after a hard day’s work. The club lounge staff are very pleasant and always attends to my needs. Such a great staff! Keep it up.  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • Okura Bangkok

Good Location and the hotel building is directly connected to the BTS station. Staff are friendly and I think the infinity swimming pool is one of the best in Bangkok. Main attraction and shopping areas are within 15-30 minutes by BTS.  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • My favourite pool in BKK

It’s one of the Leading Hotel Group hotels in BKK and it has definitely earned this title.

Very friendly staff with many excellent choices for breakfast and very close to the BTS station.

My favourite part of the hotel is the infinity pool. Good to enjoy some sunshine after a nice breakfast. The city view from the pool is amazing.  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • Stunning

This is a stunning hotel in a very good part of Bangkok.the staff are amazing. Breakfast at the hotel is a must. The room was beautiful and is very Japanese. Bangkok is a very hectic city but staying at the okura made our stay very relaxing

  • Amazing Staff

Just checked out of this hotel - an amazing experience. Room on floor 30.

The most friendly and efficient staff I have ever come across in a hotel. From the doorman to the cleaners they were all brilliant.

The hotel feels special as soon as you walk in and the staff make you feel even more special.

The biggest choice I have ever seen at breakfast in a hotel to cater for all tastes with a great egg menu.

We were just in a deluxe room but that was by far sufficient enough for us. Robes, slippers, water and a mini bar. Great shower in bathroom.

The pool has great views and is nice and long if you want to do some lengths.

Hopefully one day I can come back here.   Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • Memorable stay

Convenient location, right next to BTS station. Room was clean and bright. Impressive service and up to Japanese standard, staff speaks excellent English. We dined at Elements on the first night, which was great. 20% discount applies for those who stayed at the hotel. Breakfast was also excellent. Don't forget the signature order made french toast.

I made a note at reservation that the stay was to celebrate my husband's birthday. Was expecting a note/card or something similar, but ends up getting a complimentary birthday cake when we get back to our room that night! It was a memorable one.

The possible improvement for our stay: we checked in on Saturday and was told breakfast serves until 11am. Only on Monday when we got down at 10:30 that we were told the breakfast ends at 10:30 on weekdays, and staff were clearing off the food already. Wish we have not opted for the package with breakfast that day.  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • Wonderful hotel with excellent services, truly impressed!

I had stayed at Okura hotel three times, and each time was better than the last. Prior to arriving the hotel, my wife was a little anxious that there will not be accessible freezing facilities for her to store breastmilk for our newborn baby, but upon calling the helpline right after we arrived our room, my wife was pleasantly surprised that a mini freezer was coming our way! Sure enough, five minutes later, the freezer was plugged in and running in the corner of the room! We had stayed in a few nice hotels after our baby was born, but never had we had this level of exceptional service! My wife and I were truly impressed.  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • Impressive moment on my engagement day at Okura Prestique Hotel Bangkok!!

I and my husband got engaged on the 24th of Aug 2018, we would like to review this since we are very impressed we recommended this hotel as the best place to get married, large bedroom that we can ask hair and makeup stylists to do thier job conveniently, professional service from hotel staff (I love big smile from the porters), the very beautiful wedding room. Food on that day was aslo very good. Our family and guests are happy :)  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • Nice place to stay

Located in middle of town, next to BTS ploenchit, convenient to go anywhere. Room was good, well functions, had Japanese green tea beside coffee, the tea smell and test very nice. Breakfast was great - love the signature French toast. Would love to go back again.  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • Without a doubt the best I stayed in

This is a 5 star hotel with 6 star service. There is nothing to fault in this gem of an oasis of excellence in the bustling noise of Bangkok. To escape here and be pampered by staff who take their responsibility to the nth degree is to find nirvana. We shall return without a doubt.  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • Super location, Impeccable service

Okura at Bangkok is one of the gem hotels along the BTS rail line that links business centres. About 5 minutes walk via the pedestrian bridge leads to Central Embassy - a posh, modern shopping centre that houses world's most prestigious brands and a fabulous food court.

Rooms are designed in minimalist Zen fashion, comfortable and understated. However, humidity is quite overwhelming and my bedlinen was slightly moist for length of my stay.

Breakfast is the highlight of my day, and staff are always ready to meet every request to the tiniest l detail. Absolutely love the experience.  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • a pleasure

Everything about this hotel was great, starting from its location which just took a few meters to reach BTS. Only 2 stations from the city (Siam area) and 3-4 to my favorite nightlife area (Thonglor). The room was nice and big enough for us to lay my gf’s huge shopping luggages. The only thing that bothers me personally is that it’s mandatory for guests to change elevator twice to get to the room. That’s it . Other than that, its awesome.  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • My stay

The best staff most helpful and kind, very modern with big and spacious room..

The hotel is linked to the sky train..

The concierge was very helpful ..

The area is safe near the shopping malls and the good restaurants..  Read more: www.tripadvisor.com

  • Perfection

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, the ambience is modern and cozy, the room was spacious and well equipped, the check in was great with Nazalin who also arranged for us a surprise birthday cake! The chief concierge Supan was super helpful and friendly, the checkout service was very timely and well arranged. There was not a single detail left.. thanks to all for that!
