Standard check-in time is from 15:00 hrs., and check-out time is by 12:00 hrs. (noon). Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.

Yes, The Okura Prestige Bangkok provides airport transfer services to and from Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang International Airport (DMK).
