This June, the culinary landscape of Bangkok witnesses a rare alignment of mastery as Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu at The Okura Prestige Bangkok, announces “Alchemy of Three – A 6-Hand Convergence.” For one exclusive evening on Saturday, 13 June 2026, Chef Gerard Villaret Horcajo opens his kitchen to two of the most celebrated culinary innovators, Chef Bjørn Tischner of Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo and Chef Randy of Fillets, for a 6-hand dinner that redefines the boundaries of modern gastronomy.

The “Alchemy of Three – A 6-Hand Convergence” is envisioned as a gastronomic residency designed to explore the transformative power of shared technique and vision. Guests will be guided through a meticulously curated nine-course sequence that synthesises the refined French-Japanese precision of Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu with the contemporary Italian artistry of Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo and the avant-garde Japanese expertise of Fillets. This unique convergence represents a harmonious dialogue between three distinct philosophies, resulting in a dining experience that is as technical as it is vibrant.
